Interesting Kabal theory - Not my idea but I liked it

I read someone at another forum suggesting Kabal may in fact be Mavado in disguise.
When you think about it, it could easilly make an eerie sort of sense.
I mean if Mavado killed Kabal he could have taken his hookswords AND his mask. He could now be wearing Kabal's outfit and this could explain how he is suddenly perceived as evil again. He could be deceiving the other Black Dragon members and when the time is right strike a major blow for Red Dragon.
Kind of allows for the old Kabal stories to remain true and at the same time later explains an absense of Red Dragon members visible in MKD.

that would just be dumb. i think. mavado is mavado. and kabal is kabal. Kabal blew most of us away in MK3 and mavado had cleats for a fatality. if mavado is kabal, he chose the better personality, mavado was a good character, but i hope hes not Kabal.

besides mavado cant do what kabal does. meaning how does mavado mimic kabal's dash spin? besides besides looks mavado is a dumb character

Yeah, that was my theory, actually :). Glad you liked it.
Well, I'm not saying it is true of course, and now that we've seen bits of Kobra's ending it's unlikely, but still... it would be interesting.

Yes mate I did like it.
Whether it's a good idea or not I think it's possible, even if it is unlikely.
Congrats on one of the more imaginative deception theories I have read.

Yes he can, because the Mk Team can fina a way to destroy the character like that, perfect examples are:
Kira
Jarek
Anyway, I dislike this theory very much because Im a fan of Kabal. grin
It would be silly IMO, but not imposible. I only hope it NEVER happens.

Hard to believe pretty doubtfull yet I would'nt count it out entirley. Notice how we hav'nt seen Kabal unmasked in this version yet.

ya i think it is the real kabal but mavado definitly has sumptin to do with kabal being in deception...and kabals face is messed up...hope it doesnt show his face b4 the accident..it would wreck his character i think like cyrax.....a black guy aint a ninja in japan that was just retarded,....
