Well I went to Niagara Falls to go get it.About half hour from where I live.Dont know whats going on,hopefully they can get it later.

Where in Canada do you live? I live in Sudbury Ontario and my EB games doesn't provide it either, I ordered it off Amazon.ca, online. But it's not gonna get here until the 20th. I don't see any other options, pal.

There's a big MK Deception boxart poster at my local EB games, and in the top right corner of the poster it says something along the lines of: "North American Exclusive: Pre-Order the XBOX exclusive Kollector's Edition or the Playstation 2 exclusive Premium Pack for a limited edition trading card!"
So the Kollector's Edition is North America exclusive(Sorry Europeans...) but considering that Canada is part of North America, I don't think there should be a problem. Maybe they meant America exclusive?

Seems like most are getting it,maybe I should just go to Hamilton sometime to get it.Only like an hour away.

Anyway, no problems here in Montreal. However, when I preordered my copy, the bill was marked MK DECEP SP ED, or something similar. I'm pretty sure you automatically get it once you preorder it.

I didn't really pre-order it I pre-paid. I live in Surrey, B.C. and one of the EB Games near me has A huge MK:D poster. BUT When I asked the guy to look it up he said it wasn't comeing up but then the girl beside him said it was under MK not Mortal Kombat so try that.

Pre-ordered the collectors edition a while back.
i have other games in pre-order as well.. the only time they told me i couldn't pre-order was when it was too late and close to releasing.

I'M in montreal and I went to eb games to order my copy I didn't have any problems the only thing is that they told me that it would be realease on OCT 6 for the PS2 special edition and the orignal one on OCT 5... Shadaloo have you had the same problem since you live in montreal too?

Actually they told me that,minus the part about the special edition.I guess I am getting is the 5th.But no big deal.Down hear,we always get things late.The once game,smackdown hctp,took a week more then expected to get here.I was pissed.Better not do that with deception.

Montral, Quebec, had no issues here, first i ordered the normal ver. then when the KE was announced i waited a couple of weeks so it gets in their systems, then i called and booked the KE ver. BUT, i couldn't seem to be able to pick my cover, are the special edition covers available in Canada? cause i want Baraka and my friend wants Scorpion. Thx,

If your bill says something different, go back and have it changed.

Yeah, they said the same thing, Oct. 6. But either they're just covering their asses, or we have to wait an extra day because of the french manual and all that crap.

When I went in to EB in saskatchewan, they said it wasn't on the computer, but after further checking I discovered that it's under MD Kollectors Edition or something like that, so you want to get them to check for MD instead of MK but im positive it is the Kollectors edition
So I will be changing my preorder to that. since it seems like a stupid mistake, BTW this is only for XBOX the ps2 collectors edition is under the right name. The XBOX Collectors Edition Item Number: 244705 that's for EBGAMES it might be a little different but something along those lines.
