Is...is that hair? (IGN picture related)

I couldn't help but notice something in the "Kali vs. Fans" picture at IGN. There's something beside the woman's right breast and in front of the fan. She's not close to a wall, so that eliminates background interaction. But, what is that?

Jax007 is correct. I can clearly see that it's one of the ribbons from her hat. Also it's purple, so it's not hair.
