or does the game keep playing the same teir after you have unlocked all characters and arenas? I remember I used to get completely random arenas and characters, now it seems they are in a pattern. Like millina is always at the hells foundry and kenshi always at yin yang island, and always in the same order every time?

Yeah! This is an annoying reoccuring problem. I never fight different people, and I fight nightwolf twice during each tier.

I only get two different fighting arena sequences.
I thought maybe if I did a vs. or practice and changed the arena I played in there it'd affect the arena sequence in arcade- but nope.
I think that's kind of weird that the sequence isn't random or say you lose a match and you continue you aren't in a new arena like past MKs- rather you fight still in the same arena.
It really made playing arcade over and over again a little stale with the same environments over and over again and there's a TON of arenas in this game.
