i read about Jades spear fatality and i saw her MK6 render at Maxim Online. So my only question is, Is she a confirmed character for MK6 or not?

Jade is definetely comfirmed. There have been in game pictures AND videos with her in them. Also, like other people have said, her render is also featured in Maxim.
Her bio has also been released.
So to answer your question, YES she is confirmed. Again.
