is jokers fatality really toned down

this is a question that is really bugging me those who have the game has the jokers gun fatality been toned down or not?wink

The fatality is still the same but, the person walks off and then the joker shots him/her off screen. That's it!

No, the clip is available on Youtube courtesy of ChrisDVD... the camera just zooms into Joker as he blows the opponent's face of, but you can still hear all of it. Leave it to your imagination, it's not entirely bad.
