When Midway filed for Chapter 11 .Did the team stop working in their DLC/MK9 ?

Does anyone know something related to this in chapter 11 policy ?

Chapter 11 indicates that they are close to broke, yet cn still continue operating for a certain amount of time

Yes they are working in the DLC for the DC Mortal Kombat.
