Is there any in-game footage of Noob Saibot from the MK4 road tour?

I've been searching for this forever. We've seen the pics of Noob on the character select screen from the MK4 Road Tour but never any in-game evidence. However I do remember reading an article about MK4 in an old GamePro and it showed one in-game pic of him from the tour. Does anyone know what issue I'm talking about and has anyone come across any pics or footage of this elusive and brief appearance?

I actually have some footage I recorded from the MK4 Road Tour of Noob Saibot, but unfortunately there is nothing of any real interest (no special moves or anything). You can see him perform his throw, his leg grab, and his victory stance. That's about it. If you want, I can throw this up on YouTube.

I started to think I would never see this but wow here it is! Noob really did exist in MK4 arcade's original plan. You even hear the announcer say his name when selected. I've been searching for this for the longest time. It's pure fandom gold. Thanks again ]{.
