This has probably been posted already, but in the new trailer, you can see Li Mei fighting Bo Rai Cho. And it even says her name above her.

Li Mei was confirmed a looong time ago... just a few die hards wouldn't believe although there had been more Li Mei pics than footage of Kabal, Sektor or that dreaded Smoke. Deal with it guys.

And yes her armour seems to refer to her DA ending. Interesting... it would be nice to finally see a character drift from good to evil.

I hate her I hae her I hate her!!! ugh fine if she is in she better be completely different because if she plays anything like Mileena I'm gunna be pissed. With her possibly being a soul trapped in one of the DK's soldiers she may have different weapons and styles so I can deal with her as long as this is the case. But I'll still be ripping her to pieces whenever I can.

I don't like her - she was the last character I used to beat the game with, besides Blaze and Mokap- but she looks kinda cool in the trailer so maybe they improved her drastically? Lets hope so seeing as Bo Rai Cho is back as well...

Well, I said that for the E3 (but before, since or it has happened) Li Mei would be confirmed.

Thanks to all those that also defended that Li Mei would be in the MKDeception, and special thanks to the MKTeam to give one second opportunity him to Li Mei to demonstrate to all the great fighter who is.

I said in a previous thread that I will give her ONE more chance! If I find her fighting in ANY way like any other character, whether it's Reiko (remember the Klock Kick? That was Reiko's move), Mileena, Kitana, or ANYONE else, I will do a fatality on her at EVERY chance I get, and I will hope that she gets KILLED OFF, like she was SUPPOSED to have been already.

She's looks better. She was "okay" in DA though not my favorite. I think its obvious who my favorite was. LOL Anyways, yeah, she looks great. Finally got rid of that hooker type clothing and got into the MK style a bit. Haha. She had some good moves so hopefully they changed her a bit to make her another fan-favorite.

i rly didn't like her and i'm not expectin nethin gr8 from her in deception unless her story radically improves. i found her 2 b 1 of the most borin characters with a terrible uninterestin story in the whole series.

Even though i think Li Mei is a horrible character, i will try her out and give her a chance. BUT.......JUST........BUT, i'm hoping she doesnt have any styles similar to mileena, or any moves, and the sai's as well. They have to be totally different, and should be.smile

I loved Li Mei in DA and I'm starting to like her even more now. She has very cute and interesting costumes this time around and I can't wait to see what role she'll play in Deception.
