Kenshi Puzzle Fighter

Ive been looking for Kenshis puzzle fighter and cant remember where I found it. Im playing through a second time trying to get everything. Also Kenshis second costume at the town gates isnt there yet, what must I do before it shows up?

i think it comes after you train with him or something, i forget exactly what. as for kenshi in puzzle kombat, it's at g4 in earthrealm (only from 4pm - 7am)
