If he still has his ability to telepathiclly move other Kombatants, he will be able to make short work of any opponent.

From what we've seen and heard, these "Death Traps" will be triggered when someone is propelled into their area of effect. Kenshi will be able to throw an enemy into a "Death Trap" with little-to-no effort on his part. This will be incredibly cheap, and I can't really think of a way to kombat this.

For a person that probably won't be using a lot of Kenshi, this could be quite a problem.

I hear you on that! They should tone Kenshi down a bit, or he could be ridiculously unfair.

I highly doubt Special Moves will be the type of moves that "propell" someone into a Deathtrap/Stage Fatality.

That's true, but I was just saying that it may not be good for one character to have such an advantage.

You have to admit that it would suck, though. Your kicking Kenshi's ass and he ends up near a "Death Trap." All of a sudden you find yourself being hurled past him towards it.

Well Kenshi isn't the only fighter with those powers, Ermac has them as well.

The same can basically be said for anyone with a "trap" type move, especially Scorpion, if he maintains the unblockable hellfire summon thing, or Bo Rai Cho and the puke.

Holy shit, I just imagined how awesome Kabal's dash is gonna be in 3d.

It's just going to be a lot more dangerous this time around, since it seems like even the slightest blow in a death trap area can end the match.

Hopefully the ability to sidestep projectiles and stuff will be increased.

Kenshi and Ermacs telekinetic powers are at their best, pathetic. In reality you cannot block telekinesis so they are not cheap. Besides, everyone has some move, whether it's a special move or in a sttle that can knock you around.

Actually Kenshi was the easiest character I fought in deadly alliance and I always seem to win against him. His telekinetic powers may actually be his greatest weakness.

everyone complaining about how cheap kenshi may be jus needs to get over it. if you cant block his attack and you havent become a good enough kombatant over the past 12 years then you dont deserve to be playing this game.
