Affiliation: Formerly Lin Kuei, Shirai Ryu
Appearance: Somewhat like Frost's costume, except yellow, with long black hair.
Fighting Styles: Hapkido, Tae Kwon Do, Sai
Hapkido: All Shirai Ryu clansmen & women are required to learn either this or Ninjitsu (since Takeda was believed to have created it).
Tae Kwon Do: While studying in Korea, she had decided to master the other Korean style, Tae Kwon Do.
Sai: She believes that Sai are the pinnacle of elegant weaponry.
Bio: Viper was known as O-Ren Hasashi as a mortal, & wife of the Shirai Ryu, Hanzo, Codename: Scorpion. However, at the hearing that Hanzo was killed by Sub-Zero on a mission hired by Quan Chi, she was unaware as of what to do. Shortly after he had died, Quan Chi had come in & attacked the Shirai Ryu, killing every single person he could find. She was reborn in the Netherealm as Viper, saddened by the death of her son.
After being reborn to go after Quan Chi, she decided to take vengeance on Klassic Sub-Zero, instead, the killer of her husband. However, Scorpion had already killed him at the end of the Mortal Kombat Tournament held by Shang Tsung. She decided to join up with the Lin Kuei as a clanswoman until she got the information she needed as to where Scorpion & Quan Chi were.
Around the time of Mortal Kombat 3, she had pitched the idea to the grandmasters of the cybernetic ninja process, honoring her as a member of the Lin Kuei. However, Sub-Zero refused to take part in it, so he ran off & left his comrade, Smoke to be turned into a cyborg. Viper had then programmed him with a special task: Kill Sub-Zero. Smoke had disappeared for a while, so she was growing impatient. She had then left the Lin Kuei to reform the Shirai Ryu somewhere north of Okinawa, Japan.
She then tried to send her new recruits after Sub-Zero's old Lin Kuei klan, killing all of the older members. The Shirai Ryu then laid low for a while, until the hearing that Shinnok & Raiden were having a war. She hid in the shadows of the tournament, only to witness that Scorpion had taken Quan Chi to the Netherealm with him.
She had then heard of Sub-Zero's tournament for the Lin Kuei. She had reached the semifinals, where she was beaten by Frost & left for dead. Viper, however, went back to the Shirai Ryu & had her clan inferiors work for Kano. After the Deadly Alliance was liquidated, she met up with Drahmin & Moloch. She then took her sai & told Moloch to attack Quan Chi. Viper's command worked, Quan Chi was busy with Moloch while Drahmin leapt at Quan Chi.
Viper then went back to the Netherealm & had a chance to re-meet Scorpion. Scorpion was in awe of what he had seen: Another Shirai Ryu, nevertheless, his wife! They then went after Quan Chi, together...
Special moves: Summon Hellfire (like Scorpion) Spear (like Scorpion) Ground Ice (like Frost & the rest of the Lin Kuei) Vanish (she explodes, but reappears behind your opponent) Fatalities/Hari Kiri: 1. Fatality 1: Fire & Ice Due to her years in the Lin Kuei & her time as a spectre, she is able to use both fire & ice. She first freezes the opponent, then melts them. 2. Fatality 2: Flaming Arrows of Doom She first lights some arrows on fire, then fires them at the opponent. They go crazy run all around, then she stabs him/her in the temples with her sai. 3. Hari Kiri: Burnt Alive She takes her sai, lights them on fire, then stabs her throat. Arena: Purgatory Dark place, red & black sky in a creepy style, demons floating all around, also a light to show that heaven is waiting, but another patch of red signifying hell. Scorpion also has this arena. Viper also has the Lin Kuei Temple as an arena. Stage Fatality/Death Trap: Stage fatality: Hit them by a demon, the demon will savagely eat them. Stage Weapon: The stage weapon is a mace, a flaming mace!!!

The concept is pretty good, but she was killed by Shang Tsung wasn't she? Her look does make sense, a female version of Scorpion and an alter-ego to Frost. It'd be nice if you could add some moves, and fix a few plot holes but other then that, I think it's a very solid character.
