If anyone has done this tell me so i don't have to redo Konquest.

Kochal is a combination of KOIN (Ko) and CHALLENGE (Chal).
The three headed beast refers to the 3 skulls that you have to make spew lava to get the portal to open. That's all.
We should all just laugh at Boon's nice little play on words and move on, nothing else to see here.

I've went thru it 3 times. Came up with nothing. I should note that I did not try it consecutively though.

I posted this in the sticky thread on SU's too but thought I should post here as well. On my second run through the game (don't know if it works the first time), I fought and beat Kobra and Kira. Then instead of fighting the middle guy, I walked to where the portal should have been, and jinko got transported back to the start as usual.... without the 1000 coin reward. The red swirling thing wasn't there and the middle skull was not spewing lava, but the portal still works. What gives?

That really pissed me off when it turned out to just be 1000 onyx koins. In all honesty, I was expecting a hidden characer, or maybe even a new arena (those lava spitting skulls were pretty cool, would've made a nice death trap).
The thing in Konquest that got me going was talking to one of the Tarkata in Baraka's encampment in outworld. He says 'The Ninja Kasura(I think?) does not frequent this realm'. See for yourself. A few of you know me from ages past, I don't make up bs on this board. If anyone else has found something about 'Kasura' or whatever, let me know. Talk to the Tarkata in Outworld first. So far, that's the closest I think that has come to the mention of a unique secret character.

I know what you mean. It was Karusa and it came from the guard walking around near dark raiden... is that a previous character in the series? (I haven't played all of them)

No, its a totally new character, if it even is a character at all (they could simply be taunting us). Though it has made me more determined to continue playing Konquest even though I unlocked everything.

Sorry to post so many times but has anyone tried using the portal after 2 fights? I know I don't have many visits so people don't think it's worth the effort, but I am serious. Anyone try this yet? I was thinking that maybe the third time you play konquest you might have to do it after every fight, but I'm not going to start again unless I can confirm that this happens for everyone. Also, after the Kobra-Kira fights, if I use the portal and come back to fight the middle guy, and the portal opens up for real, I get the 1000 onyx koins. Thoughts? EDIT: it doesn't have to be in a particular order I guess. Anyway I made a (crappy quality ... sorry) video if you would like to see it in action.
