I can't friggin' get this red headed whore!
It's anoying the hell out of me, I've been contantly going into the last house in H-2, Earth Realm, at varius times during the day, and NOTHING!
Someone is there anything I need to have completed before getting her? EDIT: Please forgive my stupidity, I already had the key from yesterday ^^.

Try 7-9 pm. I saw that online somewhere and then I tried it and bam, there was the chest. I now have the 24 characters on the selection screen

Go to the beach area awhere there is two beach houses and one will have a chest with a gold mk coin next to it, open the chest and you get the key to unlock Kira.
