OK,Here's honestly what i think Kira looks like and her storyline is,In the scetch Kira's left eye is covered with her red hair and i think she has a surgical resebalance to Kano with the metal face plate and the laser eye and all, you know.but here is what think she is doing in Deception-Trying to reform the Black Dragon with Jarek,due to Kano's supposed death in MK:DA.why else would Jerek be in the prison stage,otherthan just being an extra like for say Jade and The god of Wind Fujin
