As a whole "Kitana-has-a-kid" thing... I just don't think it'll fly. Mortal Kombat is too focused on, well, kombat to take a side-story with a pregnancy and birth (DragonKing-not-with-standing). Besides, if Kitana was pregant, how many fan-boys do you think would be up-in-arms at letting "their woman" getting taken out from under their noses (myself included)? Also, the whole length of the story-line would probably damper and weaken the action of the current wars and conflicts that is the MK universe. I doubt anyone's getting laid, getting married, or, quite frankly, even flirting (you fans of the Jax-Sonya-Johnny triangle would probably argue) in this MK universe, at least not in the way we would expect or imagine. So... it's a silly idea, I think. Now, if we find out Kitana HAD a kid, some thousand years ago or something, that would be interesting. Fatality.

The only way Kitana being pregnant could work would be if she was pregnant by the dragon king. The dragon king forces Kitana to marry him and become pregnant to fulfill yet another prophecy. Then half Edenian half Dragon child thing. That'd be a cool character for future games.

If the latter is the case, she's a serious fucking tease. I mean, on Earthrealm, how often do you see princesses and queens dressed like Kitana and Sindel: in a one-piece bathing suit? Hmm...although maybe it's intended to distract male opponents with the hypnotic jiggling

Anyway, I don't really see much reason for Kitana getting pregnant, unless give her a relationship with Kung Lao or someone else, and if they did they should probably wait at least another game before bringing a bundle of joy into the MK universe. But hey, maybe that's why Kitana and Kung Lao don't seem likely to be in Deception at this point: Kung is too busy putting the stones to Kitana.
