Konquest Orderrealm Glitch

Hey,
I was playing konquest today in Orderrealm, anyways just when I spoke to Hotaru and before he was about to train me, my game froze *sigh*. After I restarted the game and went to Orderrealm to speak to him again, it won't let me! I press the talk button repeatedly and it doesn't do anything, Hotaru just walks around as if I didn't press the button.
Does anybody know a way around this or to fix this?
Any help is appreciatedgrin

After hearing about all these glitches and all the money being wasted, I'm pretty pissed...
Anyways, to answer your question, try punching him or something, then mabye the option to talk to him will work, other than that, I have no idea what to do...

Holy crap! that's a pretty bad glitch.
My game froze once when i was approacing Quan Chi in the netherealm after training with scorpion, but i could still talk to him.

Yeh, it's a pretty bad glitch, I still can't talk to him and I need to do that in order for the storyline I think. I hope someway I will get him to talk to me. I've tried going back to Outworld and talking to that Lord Zefeero guy, so he will say something to me so I can tell Hotaru, that way I can speak to him again,but I still can't!sad

When you first talk to Hotaru he tells you to go defeat Darrius. It might be that your game glitched past the point of his telling you to fight. If you go to F-2 in Orderrealm Darrius should be there. Talk to him and if he asks you to do battle that should be your next step. After you defeat him then go back and talk to Hotaru. If that doesn't work your screwed.

Hmm.I don't remember him saying anything about Darrius, he just said he had unfinished business or something like that. Anyways I will try what you said, thanks for the help.

the only time my game froze was when it was doing a loading in the arcade, I kept looking for the scorpion alt loading screen for minutes but the bar wouldn't fill lol
I tried finding Darrius at F-2 in Orderrealm but he doesn't seem to be there. Also just a note my disc is a little scratched and sometimes it displays an error message, do you think If I got the disc fixed it will let me talk to Hotaru, because a scratch on the disc prevented that? Im not too smart when it comes to discs so im not entirely sure if that is the problem or not, or if that even has anything to do with it.
