Konquest Question

I started playing Konquest a while back, but now that I've found a walkthrough of it, I realized that I missed a couple of very important chests. How do I reset my Konquest and start over again? (on the same profile would be much appreciated)

Take a portal back to earthrealm, just guessing.

That won't help me get back in the first city you start out in though, because the doors locked.
Has no-one had to restart their Konquest before?!
