i dont know if this has been posted before, if so, im sorry... but i was wondering, it says you can make your own custom character, will you be able to choose between male and female? [if not, thats messed up...] and be able to choose his race? and color? i mean, isnt it a little unfair to make everyone play as a white character? maybe some people would like to make a black character [trying to make someone who can take jax's place or somethin] im white btw... and also, the choosing your race thing, i mean, mortal, or makin a reptilian[sp?] character, or making a character with baraka's race or something like that... these are just suggestions, and i havent heard much bout konquest mode, so sorry if any of this has already been announced to be in it

I really don't think it'll be as deep as being able to choose race. Possibly not even male or female. You'll be able to get "decorations" to put on your monk to make him look a little different, and choose moves and fighting styles and such (Nothing has been said as far as fatalities for the monk goes???) Other than that I don't think there's much more.

Thats what i was wondering too. Will you be able to choose from female or male? And how many can you create? Are there gonna be profiles again?? Will each profile be able to create their own fighter? Will a friend be able to save their fighter to a memory card and bring it over and fight his created fighter with mines? The race will definately be human. It was said in some article so i doubt you will be able to choose races like barakas and reptiles. I guess these questions will be answered once more info is out.

I think that's a possibility. You will likely be able to create a different one with a new profile. It just makes sense (if the profiles are back, which I don't see any reason why they wouldn't be)

i just hope that when i go online to fight with my guy that not everyones created character looks the same...a couple decorations isnt ganna make him look different from people. idk.

I liked having profiles. I liked how it kept your wins and losses. Hopefully each profile will have a created character.

haha yeah thats true. Im hoping you can customize him to your liking. MKD is the reason im gonna be getting x-box live. I hope im not dissapointed.

Completely agree. You should at leas be able to make custom outfits, but I don't know if it will be so... sad

Judging from the other characters in Konquest, probably the monk will be Asian. I guess we'll be able to change his outfit to some extent, but not his asian look. It doesn't bother me at all.

Since we will be able to choose armor and decorations,I'm gonna give my monk Sub-Zero's "shredder" helmet,Ermacs ninja suit and Scorpion's armor.I'll give him all my favorite moves...

1.Missles(Sektor)
2.Spear(Scorpion)
3.Ice Ball(Sub-Zero)
4.Acid Spit(Reptile)
5.Ground Slam(Jax)

I'll give him Dragon,Gojiryu and Baraka Blades.

I'll call him Scarface,Shredder or Cartman.

He'll be badass.

im not really expecting the customization for appearance to be really deep. but i think it should be cool anyway. this is mk..not some EA sports game where you customize their teeth and sock size. haha...my guys sock size would be huge.

in konquest will you have to pick out moves from the fighters that are in the game already?? Will you choose fatalities from them too?? Can you have signature moves from characters which arent gonna be in the game??

i will be very upset if u cant pick female, cause i was looking forword to making my own female fighter . but i can tell there will be no female they would on shown a screenshot of it by now id think. what a bummer :(
