Kung Lao, as an arcade player

I think that Kung Lao will be available somehow as a playable character for 1 reason. If you go to the photo section of the Kontent area and look up the picture of Luis Mangubat....it says:
"Luis Mangubat - Character Artist - Luis created new designs for many returning MK characters including: Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Kung Lao and Raiden. He also designed Shujinko and the Dragon King."
So I am sure that he will be an unlockable....It is possible that the Kung Lao design he did was just for Konquest mode but, hell, if the other 5 people he designed are playable....why not make Kung Lao playable?
Anyway....what do y'all think?

that would be sweet. i dont see why not. i hope all the guys from konquest that u can fight can be unlocked.

that would be sweet...now if we could only talk midway in to releasing a game like trilogy only with every character made to date....with every costume they have ever had even new 3d versions of MK1,2,3, and UMK3 costumes....the Essential MK Game....

That would make sense..but shujinko has kung lao's fighting styles. The only difference is the age and lack of hat. I also think mk should do a create a character type of thing.

Do you actually get to fight Kung Lao in Konquest, because I beat it, have Shujinko with all 8 moves, 2 fatalities and hara-kiri, all the characters, most of the side quests, but I haven't fought Kung Lao yet.
