I don't think they will take away the mask from KABAL. Instead they will be giving KABAL a mask that will reveal a part of his deformed face

I'm putting my faith in the MK team this time around. If you look at Noob, or Li Mei, or the Ninjas newfound deversity(while still looking badass), I'd say they are gonna make Kabal look pretty damn sick!(in the good sense) They aren't messing around this time and I wouldn't be suprised if he looks absolutely awesome. *The above characters where my opinion, if you think they suck, sorry...with that said...insert awesome looking character here...____________ ^_~)

I hope he keeps the mask, but the rest of his uniform needs changing (the white shoes and brown pants don't go together). It would be cool if he had some additional armor and other accessories around his upper body.

Even thou the most recent update was false. (damn you ultimateninja) I still believe that Kabal will become a cyborg like Sektor, Cyrax, and Smoke. (not saying smoke will be a cyborg in MK:D just stating that he once was) Look at the select screen far left middle that looks like kabal to me but if you look to the right you see some sort of pole or antenna coming from his right shoulder. I believe this to be Kabal in cyborg form. The story could be that after Mavado "Kills" Kabal and takes his swords Sektor comes across Kabal bleeding to death in the middle of no where. Kabal pleeds with the cyborg to save his life, Sektor agrees to do so under one condition, that is if hes willing to become automated and join him in his quest to destroy Sub-Zero. Kabal does so and becomes the most badass cyborg to date. Just a theroy...

Well if you look at the character select screen you can see someone who has a mask on which looks like Kabal's mask.

Guys the mask is part of what makes Kabal just that, Kabal. That's basically what everybody knows him for. With that said, he will most likely have his mask.

I highly doubt they would make Kabal without his mask, mainly because he needs it to survive. It's not for looks, its part of his life support system.

U never know. Boon might have a revealing mask or have an implant to help him breath and show his face.

take in mind that there r multiple costumes. i would assume one will have his mask (his default outfit) and another (or 2 other costumes we still dont know how many costuems tehre r per character but i'll bet theres only 2 per character) costume that might have his mask off take in mind that in DA some persons' alt costumes were jokes such as cage's tuxot jax's ridiculous ghetto outfit
