It's more or less an old screenshot (thanks nevertheless) and we're not quite sure if it really is a fatality. First we thought it couldn't be one because Lex's eyes aren't glowing (remember... at first, fatalities and brutalities had glowing eyes and stuff). Now, it seems that the MK-Team removed the glowing eyes from the fatalities.

So... it could be a special... or a fatality. Nobody really knows...
