Lag had nothing to do with it.

Most of that match was his ground pound move vs mine, moves that will always hit if your opponent is grounded regardless of lag.

Difference was, I hit 75% of mine and I jumped 75% of his.

If everyone quit a game of MKA because of lag, no one would ever finish a series. He quit because he was going to lose and he is a scrub.

True. Some people do quit because of lag though. Only time I would quit if you using a Gameshark, or a Codebreaker.

live2die dude, lag gives you no excuse whatsoever to quit ever dude. i get mad at lag to, but i never quit because of it, why dont you say no after losing in a laggy match, its way more honorable. and anyways, that wasnt laggy very much at all, you should see some of me and nakms jarek vs dairou matches, makes that small amount of lag seem like offline play, and we still manage. and we dont quit, theres no excuse dude.

Yes it was very VERY laggy, well either that or I'm just too used to playing next gen online games. You could tell that it was laggy because when you hit the free grab combo it looked like the hits came in really late. Not saying it was a good reason to quit but yes I'll agree with Ganon and L2D about the lag part.
Anyone who's ever played NAKM on MKA (besides bone) know that everyone had THE most shitty connection but you never saw a "Opponent Quit" screen never pop up on the screen.
Even though its been told that he was a scrub at least it is now proven.

cappyest/weirdest conection to ever play mka goes to Mortal25.(you always had a router and ppl on computers it seemed)

@ Booya - Mortal's connection is odd . yesterday he kept moving before my screen was finished saying Fight . aswell as me not being able to see any recovery frames . another thing i noticed was his moves being offline safe , while even my wakeups and sareenas belly punch get punished before i get a chance at countering . his drahmin produces freegrabs off any move on me , what bothers me is why this is happening . it makes no sense , im shure hes connecting with a wire now tho .
@ that i dont see a reason to quit . scrubs love this kind of attention im shure .

yeah, my bo's frames look like they hit him but he gets out of it and punishes,like i said its the weirdest conn iv ever played.

mortal is a good player but with not bein able too punish him his sareena is unstopable.

Laggy match, but still, at least wait until the actual match is over. No reason to quit early.

Okay, one... he was in decent shape during that second round.

Second, people should sometimes employ a slightly alternate style of play w/ your character if you notice that lag is preventing you from landing moves that would normally hit w/o it. MKD should have been a lesson to us all regarding this. Though, the unbalanced character roster makes it difficult to do depending on certain match ups.

Third, just finish the match anyway. Records mean absolutely bullocks and given there can often be mutual lag, sometimes you just have to soldier through it. And if it was so bad, simply choose not to fight that person again... after the match is over.
