Is this arena the MKA version of the Pit? I can't tell if the "Pit" is in the background or not, or are they just bridges in outworld?

The Meteor Storm Arena is actually a remake of the Pit 2 from Mortal Kombat II. Though there aren't any deathtraps in this arena.

A weird thing I saw once I got the game and did the area transition thing. You know when he knocks the opponent off and the opponent crushes that trail or pathway. That looks like the MK2-3 version of the pit 2.

Where is the Meteor Storm Arena located anyway? I would guess Outworld because is it sort of a remake of the MK 2 Pit II arena and MK 2 was staged in Outworld. There are a few others that I'm still confused of where they are like:
The Fire Well, my guess would be the Netherrealm.
The Lumber Mill, a bit more confusing, either Earthrealm of Edenia.
Soul Chamber, i think the Netherrealm. Mainly because of all the red.

I always thought of the Fire Well as an extension of Hell's Factory,so I guess it belongs in Outworld.
Soul Chamber,I believe, was stated to be located under Shao Kahn's chambers. Makes sense, too, since in MK3,the player had to come through both the Soul Chamber and Motaro's Lair (and/or Noob's Dorfen) to reach the top level (i.e. Pit III) of Kahn's transdimentional tower thingy. Since Kahn's Fortress is currently in Outworld, that's where the Soul Chamber is.
I'm pretty sure the Lumbermill is in Outworld as well. If it was in Earthrealm,it would be way more high-tech,and it seems too gruesome to be in Edenia.

You make some valid points T-Rex.
The Fire Well being a extension of Hell's Foundry makes alot of sense, but in MK4's Fire Well it's questionable.
The Soul Chamber is under The Balcony where you fight Motaro in MK3 and Goro in Konquest I think. I believe Shao Kahn tried to invade the Netherrealm in the MK3/UMK3/MKT storyline. That is how Scorpion escaped. That's why I got confused by It's location. Outworld as you say makes most sense.
The Lumber Mill in Outworld makes sense aswell.

Too bad there are'nt any descriptions of these arenas in in the Krypt.
No Seido of Chaos Realm arenas kinda blows too.

Wow, they've really changed.

Anyhoo, a lot of the arenas in MKArmageddon are really remakes of previous arenas. Sadly, I've only recently figured that out.
