So with playing MK:DA I have to say that the idea of mirror battles must go. If they do need to have mirror battles then it should have some huge relevance to the story. but for the most part we do not need mirror battles and i dont think that it would take that much more effort to exclude the character you picked from the line up.

Oh, now that last sentace just had some error in it because when you play as Quan-Chi or Shang what ever, you must fight your self in MK:DA because of the fact that they are the last boosses. So my idea for MK6 is no mirror battles, but wait you say, what about being able to play as the bosses. well you either do as the first three mortal kombats do with not being able to play as the last bosses or you have two sets of last bosses.

Now stick with me on this idea. ok in MK:DA they really started to have the idea of good and evil, so if you take that and the really fly with it you will have a good tower and a bad tower. So if you choose lets say Sub-Zero, then the people you will fight would be reptile, kano, scorpion, all the way up the the last bosses and using the way MK:DA is then your last bosses would be Quan and shang.

then if you choose Kano because he is bad then the people you will fight would be like Jax,sub, sonya and then for your last bosses we will say Rayden and some new good super character person.

that is waht they should do for MK6 so if you fight as the last bosses then you would not have to fight your self for control of the world. I also do know that there are some flaws in my idea and that is why I crated this thread so we can discuss what would make the idea better or if you have you own ideas that would be better.

Not a bad idea, I think it could possibly give away where some characters lie though. For example say they used that system in MK4, where would they put Tanya, she is techincally a bad guy but posed as a good guy, now who would battle her, the good or bad guys? It wouldnt make sense if the bad guys battled her since she is one herself, and if a good guy battled her you would know she was a bad guy ruining her status. I know that may be hard to follow but I cant figure out how to say it more clearer then that.

well that is a good idea.

Three or more tower with four faces will cover all the characters.

Good Mixed and Evil should be the towers and Depend whom the character you are and whom you fight and do in the fight should influence the lineup.
If a evil character starting solely fighting and/or killing other evil characters, then he willl gain the trust of the good characters.
If a Good character goes to the dark side then he will become evil.

What you do and whom you fight will decide your ending.

About the mirror match, they should be in the game and one of the tests of the fighter before he fights the boss like in MK1.

In Mk2, Shang Tsung is a playable boss he was before Kintaro and I have Mk2 and I should know that he doesnt change postion.

The Boss Order of Mk2

1. Shao Kahn
2. Kintaro
3. Shang Tsung
4. Hidden character(only if you made the requirements)

The top three are require.

it does seem a bit odd when one of the good guys rips on of his/her friend's head off. I don`t mind it when you fight your twin though.

I'd like to see a good quest and a bad quest, but who would the good boss be? All of the big monster guys seem to be evil. Goro was a bad guy in the film, but in the game, he was one of kitanas friends, therefore a good guy though, right?

Perhaps they could have good and bad versions of the characters.

the people u fight in arcade mode aren't the people ur guy fights during the story

arcade mode is like a test..beat these guys and see what happens to your character

but i do agree that there needs to be a arcade story based mode

I like the idea, but I think the boss should vary for each character, example:If you chose Sonya then you would face her biggest rival, Kano, and then fight the DK or whoever the last boss is.
