First off, I think MK vs DC is an awesome game with some tight gameplay!

Before the game was released, the "Fatality Friday" videos had the MK announcer at the end of them saying his classic phrases. ("Excellent", "Superb" etc...)

I was hoping he would be more prominant during gameplay, a lot like he was back in the MK2 days. Like when you'd perform a nice combo and he'd say "Outstanding", or when he does his evil laugh when the ping comes on to notify a player that they are on their last hit before they get wasted. Not a big deal but I think it would add even more of a cool factor to an already WICKED game!

What are your thoughts?

I really like those announces between battles in past MKs

Add a nice feel to battle. In MK4 they are not so good, but still they are in it

Midway forgot a lot of things of classics MKs in his new games. Oh well...

agree fully w/ 1st post
Yeah it would be totally awesome if in the next MK game they got Steve Richie back to voice Khan as the announcer or just his voice . It was waaaay more menacing in MK2 that would own big time. And anyone remember in MK3 and Ultimate that sound the game made after you did a big combo or a Uppercut it sounded something like "rraaaaaaaaawwwwwwaa" that would be awesome hearing that after doing a big combo.

Anyways point is I agree with you the announcing was missed in this game but I didn't really notice it until you brought it up. And I loved Khans laugh in MK2 when you hit danger.

EXCELLENT! FLAWLESS VICTORY!
