I just went o EBGames.com to look to see if they brought back the Xbox SE MK:D, but to my suprise both versions were removed, so I then proceded to go to GameStop and see that it too has both removed from its inventory. What does this mean for the SE did they axe it, or will i be delayed for a future release later this year?

Welcome to the past.

Anyway, I think they took it off because they weren't suppose to put them up up yet. I guarantee we'll see them later.

I walked into an EB Games store the other day and asked about the Collector's Edition deal. The guys working there told me they had heard of it, but EB had not filled them in on any details as of yet. I suspect the deal is not quite finalized yet.

You people still don't get it! The SE version was supposed to be a surprise. It works like this.......you preorder the game, not everyone will preorder, just the die hard fans of MK. Some people will just wait and purchase during the release. So the surprise was supposed to be that the people who preordered will get the SE version with original arcade MK1. But when the news leaked out and Midway realized the would probably run short on these copies, they decided to keep it on the down low. And that's why EBGames and Gamestop try to play dumb when you ask for information.

I went like a week ago to Gamestop and asked to preorder MK:D and the guy offered me the SE before I could even tell him about it, so I guess its still available.
