Go there and then click on wall papers if it isn't already there. You're able to choose the size you want for the wall paper under the characters face.

Try deleting your temporary internet files and cookies. That should take care of it and the site should load new.

I forgot about the issue with the word cookie on the forum. I tried 3 times to post it.
