I have already preordered Mortal Kombat Deception for PS2, and X-Box. After I had done that, I then heard about the Special Edition. Is Midway releasing 2 versions of the game, or just one. I talked with EB which is where I preordered it, and the Special Edition is on their website, yet they know very little about it. Will I be getting the Special Edition, or the Normal one, or are they the same thing?

So far i have only heard and seen of one special edition copy of Mk deception and it is just for the X-box.So i am thinkin your Playstation 2 version will be the normal mk deception and the X-box version you get will have the bonus's with it.And on the Eb site it is 10 bucks more for the collectors edition that includes the following just to be safe though i would be sure to tell Eb that you would like the special edition. Hope i helped you out a lil

I preordered the original game before the special edition one came out but as soon as i heard about it i called EB games and they knew about it and everything and the guy said if i wanted to he would take the money that i put on the original game and put it towards the special edition he said i just have to pay 10 more dollars and im all set.
