You know the Dragon Stage where in the picture it shows the Dragon blowing fire across the stage? Is that a stage fatality? When fighting I can see the dragon inside the room but he doesn't do anything.
Also on the yin and yang stage does the snakes ever do anything?
Im just wondering if Ive seen all the stage fatals, if possible can someone list all of them, thanks, Amy

anyone? or do I need to go get actual names of stages and make a new posty?
The Dragon Mountain doesn't have a death trap. I guess it was taken out. :( Yin Yang island only has one deathtrap, the snakes do nothing. It has to be dark/raining and you can knock your enemy into the water, and fish will eat them.

I think thats one of those wonderfuly misleading things they like to us. By clearly making it look like there is something in the game that is not

ok, thanks for the info......
What about that other stage where you can get kicked down to a lower level but then there is nothing to do on the lower level....its either lui kangs stage or the one that kinda looks like it.

I can think of several with not death trap lower levels. None of them look anythin like LK's Tomb.

To see which backgrounds have deathtraps, just goto versus mode or practice mode, and press the black button on xbox (r2 i think on ps2) and you can select what background to goto. Now, if there's a skull icon under the picture, that means the background has a deathtrap.

Dragon Mountain is just one of the many stages where they were probably planning to have a death trap and took it out last minute, just like the Beetle Lair, the Artifact Chamber, and Liu Kang's tomb. Some stages that were meant to be included with stage fatalities, such as the stage witht he ice worm, were left out period.
I think overall they did it to balance things out...having a death trap on every stage would get tired after a while, and since most people are always trying to get you into the deathtraps anyway, I think its nice to have a stage every once in a while where you gotta rely on your kombat skill, not how you can manage to cheap someone into a death trap.
