since most likely MK6 will be "online"
i'd love to see a Experience Mode put in the game.
heres how it would work:

while playing the arcade mode, climbing the ladder to beat the tournament. each fight is worth expeience (kinda like the $$ thing)

then you can use this experience points to build up levels for each character in the game.
such as:
strength
dodging
speed
defense
offense
luck

ok, example the more levels you build up for your speed chatagory (sp?) the faster you can run and attack and swing your sword.

the hole the point of this is to keep you playing to fully master all the levels for all the characters,.

but better yet, once you go online after making your character stronger when you fight other people (if they are weak) you can kick the shit out of them.

this will make going online more challenging, if everyone is equal from the start that sucks
you can make your characters more advanced .
and this will give the game more re-play value

just a thought

Sounds interesting, but the concept makes it sound like an rpg. If they did do it, there would have to be a limit to how much you can raise the stats in total, otherwise everyone will end up with the same stats in the end!

i dont like the idea, seeing experts like konqrr and other VERY good mk players go online and get OWNED by a one hit guy who has 255 or whatever stats. doesnt exactly make it fair...

hmmm, lets see if i can better explain this.

ok lets say one thing you can build up is your weapon.

you start with a basic weapon with 6 basic moves.

as you start to level up your weapon, you gain or learn more moves and combos.

lets say there is 10 levels for each catagory.

and the closer to level 10 the better your weapon is. also you could upgrade your weapons to such as a bronze, silver, gold, ultimate

this isn't desinged to make really crapy players that have WAY to much time on there hands to level up everyone to beat good players in a couple of cheap shots.

this is to make the game a little more interseting and fun.

man, check this out.
you turn on MK:DA hmmm..... lets see i can play agianst the computer ....or stumble around in the krypt. wow

this mode will give you something else to do in the game while you have a couple spare hours.

i dont like the idea at all. new tecniques and more strength would give advantage to the player with more time in his/her hands not to the player that do better strategies

ok you people aren't listening to me,

you won't be able to kill the oppent in like 3 hits come on

yes you build up strenth and more moves but not to the extream! of a 3 hit kill, it would still take like 20-30 hits

why wouldn't you be able to use stragities? sp

i think this would be kool, make the game more in depth because all fighters get boring.

Good idea, but to be stronger for points? how an aspiring the fighter, to defy the others and to obtain experience? The system is good, but nâo to leave the fighter strongest, ams to give more trapa'cas as the Kript

I kind off like the idea. besides if you are good at blocking and evading it should make much of a difference how strong the opponent is.

It should be done that a souped -up fighter can still loose to a skillfull fighter.

yes! scorpions brother,

finally some1 is listening,

no matter how strong you got, (level 10) you can still loose to a good fighter.

this is just to evolve the character to his/her full potenial (sp)

I see what u r talkin bout, but the players would have to be really weak to begin with. cuz 20 or 30 hits, isn't that the usual count on an ordinary game? it does sound ok, but it would be boring at first.
picture this.
lil Jimy: mommy, i hope u got me the mk6 game. it's on the very top of my christmas list.
Mom: open it up and see if santa gave it to u.
lil Jimy: Yay! oh happy day! i got it! i love christmas!! YAY!

1 hour later:
Jimy: this fucken game is the dumbest shit in the world. how fucken long does it take to beat the first character!!! i've been on this guy 4 a half an hour and i'm kikin his ass!! what the hell!! Mother Fuker!!!!!

then the kid don't play the game no more cuz it takes so long to kill one dude.
