What if MK6 started to become more like Unreal Tournament. Being connected, especially through a broadband connection, you would be able to set up your console as a server arena and play someone else that connects to you. There is a lot that would have to be worked out. Like the Versus mode in MKDA, you could wager Koins.

One issue would be levels. Someone is a novice and gets squashed by someone more advanced.

If this were ported to the PC there is so much more that you could do. But so hard to play on the keyboard. So package a MK USB Game Controller together with the game. (Xbox Controller with a USB connection.)

Midway could set up a Server and provide a bank for Koins (Ok, maybe that's too much).

On the PC, there would be so much more possibility with "Kreate a Kharacter". You could actually design a 3d model and skins.

Maybe that's how MK goes to the next level. PC Multiplayer. But just an idea.
