Since Midway is too lazy to get that job done, why couldn't we do the remaining bios ourselves?

I know there are still many remaining bios but for most of the characters we have enough informations in most of the case.

The rules would be simple: we pick up one of the remaining characters and we try to make his bio through the informations we already have.
And once we have done several bios, why not sending them to Midway and ask them to make them official?
