High Vs Low Opening Attack: The most common type of beginning attack after the announcer says “FIGHT” is a high attack specially by newbies. Experienced players may also use high attacks or throws. A low attack for a opening attack is rare or at least uncommon (in most of the games I’ve played) even against the highest ranking players in MKA.


High VS Low Mid Game: A MKA player needs to mix up his/her high and low attacks in order to confuse the opponent. If you just keep using high attacks expect to get parried like crazy. Uses to many low attacks expect to get dodged.

High VS Low Endgame: A high powered combo can usually win the game, however you need to be unpredictable in terms of offence. Just try to use a massive 50%+ damaged combo over and over, your opponent will soon catch on. But maybe you’ll get lucky and land the oober omega combo to end the fight? Who knows?



Special Attacks VS Normal Attacks: Whatever you do don’t overuse a Special Attack during kombat! Unless the opponent is horrible against defending you’re Ice Ball or Fireball depend on your normal attacks.

Special Attacks; Throws: Sometimes you can set up your opponent for a Free Throw right after attacking or defending. This could lead to some high damage during Opening, Mid, or End game.
