I have done a few posts on character looks and appearance and after much thought this is my final list for the way i hope characters will appear in MKD

Sub-zero:

Costume 1: Original old skool ninja costume

Costume 2: Samurai but armour is made from harden ice.

Costume 3: unmasked, long hair. no shirt. tattoos. blue track pants, blue sash

Scorpion:

Costume 1: old skool ninja costume

Costume 2: Zombie look, torn clothes (like brown in color), rotted flesh face with exposed skeleton face, hands and feet.

Costume 3: Human version of scorpion. Clean cut no mask the way he looked before his death.

Kung Lao:

Costume 1: old skool look with hat

Costume 2: Samurai pony tail, kung fu shirt. Silver dragon braclets that cover the fore arms. Silver belt with chinese belt buckle. silver shin pads.

Costume 3: Monks robe

Shang Tsung:

Costume 1: similar to mk2 look with out the hat, shaved head goatie.

Costume 2: long hair. green eyes. fancy chinese type jacket, black pants. gold braclets on each arm.

Costume 3: a varation of the old man from mk 1

Kabal

Costume 1: A new version of his orginal design, but with a little more body armour, picture jango fetts costume, kabals mask and torn black vest over the top. Also some kind of small back pack with tubes going to his mask. also one hand is covered by a black glove.

Costume 2: No mask. Badly burnt face, like in the movie darkman. torn clothing, one burnt arm.

JAX:

Costume 1: imagine a SWAT costume, helmet and all.

Costume 2: Camo pants. no shirt. metal wraps around his elbow joints, no cyborg arms.

Quan Chi:

Costume 1: loin cloth (like tarzan). also very skinny look creature

Costume 2: Imagine some kind of outworld samurai armour of some kind.
