Sorry buddy, but you can't anymore. You could for a time, but it pissed Midway off and they asked for it to be taken down.
If there is a place, I don't know it, and even if I did, I probably wouldn't be able to tell you anyways (just assuming here), so I guess it's a dead end.

I still have the vid dude, I tried to send it to someone not long after Midways had removed it from everywhere, but it is too big of a file
Pitty too, cus it's much better sound quality (for me) on my comp, plus it's bigger...
