so im in walmart looking for christmas presents.. low and behold i see this in the ninja turtles section.. not only does it look like mkd subzero.. he is a shokan.. wow!

Um, no. That would be Four-Armed Shredder, one of the Shredder Elite. He was one of Shredder's clones engineered by the Foot Scientists. This character made his original appearance in the early issues of the original TMNT comics, meaning he was created about eight years before even MKI... meaning he is nether like Sub-Zero nor the Shokan.
