Ya know i like cybors the most. I would realy like to see like a half cyborg subzero, like he decided to do it to himself for more power same with scorpion, those could be alt. costumes.

A little of both, since MK has many realms and each realm is different. Some magical, some technological.

Likewise, I'm going to go with both, I used to think Cyrax Owned, and I've alwayz thought Subby Owned, so without either one of those elements, it just wouldn't be the same

I prefer the mysticism and mythology over technology though, but MK has always blended it nicely. One example of technology: Sektor's Tekunin clan (assuming they follow any of the MK:TE storylines), and then you have the mythology of the Lin Kuei...good blend.

Look at the characters, then apply one or the other as appropriate. Cyborgs should use grenades, whereas sorcerors should use spells.

Only Mythological. Thats what MK2 had and MK3 lacked, a sense of mysticism.
