I don't know if this has been said before, so sorry if it has, but here goes: I have a modded xbox and went poking around in the art folder that gets copied to yur hard drive when you copy the game onto it. In there, I think it show files for the artwork that corresponds to each charcters bio...(example: nightwolf.ssf, nightwolf_alt.ssf). These are some interesting ones I found:
nood.ssf
noob_alt.ssf
noobsmoke.ssf (Just to let you guys know that these are different ones)
noobsmoke_alt.ssf (Again, they aren't the same)
liukang_ghost.ssf
smoke.ssf
smoke_alt.ssf
skab.ssf (not Kabal because their is one already for him)

mkda_kunglao.ssf
mkda_kunglao_alt.ssf
Now in the sounds folder it gives the list of sounds for each character (example: c_havik.mbx, c_havik.msk) But here are someintersting ones:
