It "appears" that a number of fatalities were shown in the trailer. I'm not saying these are fatalities, some of them appear that they could be though (with the exception of the grinder, it's safe to say thats a fatality).

-Stage Fatality with the grinder
-knocked off the tower
-going through the wooden floor of the tower (like mk3)
-Sub Zero pulling of the freeze and then .... move
-you can see Mileena doing her old stab routine, but the background isn't dark like a fatality

I would have posted screens, but I can't remember my password to save my life so I can post from home.

All I did was download VCDCutter and step through the video on tic at a time. Turn the volume down though, listening to the audio as it chirps can be annoying. (F10 steps forward, F9 steps backwards)
