There are A LOT of creative minds here at MK5.org. So I'd like to hear you ideas for character's storyline in Mortal Kombat Decetpion. Frist post the reason for them being in the tournament/battle. Basically explain their storyline and the events the lead to them being there. Lastly if you can post their ending. To keep order in this topic I'll be putting the character that i'd like to hear your storylines for. Ok here we go.

First character is Johnny Cage. Here is mine. You may have seen it on MKDA discussion board.

Main Storyline: After the fifth Mortal Kombat Tournament, Johnny Cage returned to the fast life of a movie superstar. Caring little about anyone but himself, Johnny Cage’s co-workers, family and friends became fed up with his attitude and soon started to despise the superstar. Johnny Cage was no longer a getting movie deals and popular clothing companies quickly rid themselves of the disreputable snob. Johnny was at an all time low. He drowned his sorrows in heavy alcohol and partied till he passed out. He bacame more and more shallow by the minute, until one faithful day, Johnny Cage saw a young girl about to be hit by a truck. Leaping out of character and into the streets, Johnny pushed the girl out of the way. The girl came out unscratched, but Johnny was not as fortunate. Johny woke up in the hospital, stripped of his past memories of fame, love and lust. Going against the doctors orders, Johnny Cage snuck out of the hospital and wondered aimlessly along the streets of Los Angeles. Coincidently, LT Sonya Blade and Major Jax Briggs along with Kenshi and Cyrax were on their way to an artificial portal to take down an outworld thread along with the other earthrealm warriors. Johnny followed them to the portal and overheard them talking about the evil dragon kind and his many minions. The special forces hopped through the temporary portal. Feeling deep within his memory ridden soul that the only way to get back parts of his past is to assist the earth warriors in defeating this evil force, Johnny Cage stepped through the portal and in to the most difficult battle of his life.

Ending: Johnny Cage stood there admist the dead corpses all around the battle field. Corpses that belonged to friends and allies. Memories swirled around his head and slowly the thoughts thought to be lost from the accident came back. The memories endless nights of partying and the fast life had returned, and Johnny wanted nothing of it. He looked to the ground and saw his signature shades on the ground, still in mint condition. He bent down to pick up the expensive shades and felt someone touching his shoulder. He turned around and saw the ghost of his old friend and ally Liu Kang. The spirit shook his head and then vanished. Johnny bent back down to pick up his shades, and then shook his head. He stood up firm and tall and stomped on the shades, crushing them into pieces. He wanted no more of that life. Johnny Cage would be no more.

Brief and it needs some work which i will do but it's just what I think would happen if he does return. I never liked the pruple which is why I said white I imagined his suit like Scorpions but without the skulls and swords.
Fighting styles: Hapkido and Nijitsu Weapon: Ninjato.

Firstly very original I like the way you got away from the typical JC storyline it was refreshing and for once I actually liked the story. Secondly I was curious as to what characters you were thinking of including in the storyline. I would enjoy writing some stories but I don't want to wander out of your initial idea so for now I'll just stick with a "for sure" character, Reptile.

Story:
Awakening on the cracked, blazing hot floor of the incubation chamber, Reptile looked around to survey the area. All around him he could see nothing but dark walls illuminated by the firey light cast from the magma, with the exception of a small green glow emenating from the staircase in front of him. Rising to his feet, he couldn't help feeling; different, but he couldn't place why he felt this way. As he moved towards the light he began to see the shape of a body laying on the stairs, shards of broken material surrounding it. When he was finally close enough to see the shape in front of him he realized it was nothing he'd ever seen before, it was a reptile like him, but this creature before him; while being small was unconceivably powerful. The feeling that it cast not only intrigued Reptile but lured him, Reptile knelt before the beast and as he touched it's heaving body, his simple mind was filled with visions. Visions of a past world one occupied by many of these creatures and one where the lord was also a reptile, not like him but a reptile none the less. As these visions burned themselves into his mind, he couldn't help but feel a connection to these images and before he realized what he was doing he lifted the body of the Dragon into his arms and began to walk. After what seemed like an eternity Reptile stood before the mass of stone which he'd seen in the visions given to him. Inside was a solitary room, empty with the exception of a monstorous sarcauphogus (sp). He carried the infant dragon to the tomb and without hesitation or realization he swiftly tore it's head from it's body. The blood flowed down his body and dripped onto the coffin, which absorbed the blood as it poured onto it. After the body had been drained, he placed it at the foot of the coffin. Hours passed as Reptile stood instinctively at the foot of the sarcauphogus awaiting his return, when finally the cover began to shake as a bright red light shot from the cracks within. When he regained his vision, Reptile found himself starring at the one in his visions, the one called the Dragon King. There was something different about him, he dodn't feel like a slave to him, he felt like an equal and he knew that this time it would be different this time he would have his way, regardless of what it took.

Ending:
Emerging from a mass of blood and bones the newly formed Reptile has come to discover the feeling of victory. Everyone that has ever stood in his way had been crushed and now it was time to have what he deserved. As promised by his King, Reptiles long forgotten race has been ressurected, and with that his lust for death fulfilled. Reptile will now return to his people and rule them as he did so long ago, although he is satisfied, he realizes that he will be forever greatful to the King and will not hesitate if he is called upon.

I had written my own storyline about MK6, but of all of the biographies, this one I favor the most. I wrote the ending just now.

Reiko
Finding himself lying in a pool of blood in Shao Kahn’s throne room, Reiko is unaware as to what has happened since the fall of Shinnok. Encountering his former ally Noob Saibot, he is informed of Shang Tsung's death and Quan Chi's merge with Drahmin, as well as the death of Prince Goro and the return of the Dragon King. Unsure of what exactly to do now, Reiko cannot comprehend why he keeps fading out for years at a time. He knows that Noob Saibot is hiding something, but decides to bide his time before he demands from him answers about where he’s been.

After finally realizing that he was Shao Kahn himself, Reiko becomes power hungry. Learning how to tap into Shao Kahn's strength and sorcery without changing into him, Reiko waits for Kahn's power to grow. Falsely showing loyalty for Noob Saibot, the new leader of the Brothers of the Shadow, he waits for him to succeed in destroying the Dragon King. After he settles into his new position of power, Reiko strikes Noob Saibot with Shao Kahn's power at its peak. Noob Saibot fights well, but is no match for Reiko's superior battle tactics combined with Shao Kahn's immense strength. Succesful in destroying Noob Saibiot, Reiko finally rules Outworld himself and vows to have Shao Kahn silenced within him forever.

Here's one for Baraka:
(if he's in)

Intro:

After being destroyed by the wizard Quan Chi, Baraka awakens in the Netherrealm. Hearing of a portal to the physical plane, Baraka goes on a quest to free himself and find the sorcerer Quan Chi and extract his revenge.

Ending:

Baraka stands after handing the final blow to the reincarnated Dragon King. As he is wiping the blood off of his blades, an evil voice echoes behind him. "Good work, nomad. I see you are still a fierce warrior." Baraka turns to see Quan Chi standing at the entrance to the Dragon King's throne room. Quan Chi advances toward Baraka brandishing the medallion he stole from Shinnock. "You should've stayed in the Netherealm Baraka. Now I will have to kill you again! DIE!" Baraka leaps over the beam fired from the medallion. "Not this time wizard!" Baraka cuts off the hand in which the medallion is in and in the same motion cuts off the head of Quan Chi. Baraka walks from the room clutching the medallion. Baraka turns laughs and vanishes in a green light.*(As he vanishes, we see him shifting shape. Shinnock maybe?)*

Frost:
Frost had been unconscious for nearly two week after the medallion incident. When she finally awoke she found herself back at the Lin Kuei HQ, she didn't understand what was going on. She sat up and looked to the door of the room to see Sub Zero enter. He stopped and looked at her not with an angry look but with more of a dissapointed one. Frost knew what had happened, she wasn't ready to have the power of the medallion and even though she betrayed and attacked Sub Zero he had the kindness to take care of her and nurse her back to health. Frost felt something she had never really known before, shame.

She couldn't believe how stupid she had been. She had attacked the one man that truly believed in her and her abilities, and even after all that he still chose to forgive her. There was no way she could bear the shame and that very night she left the HQ, vowing to redeem herself so that she could rejoin the Lin Kuei with a clear conscience.

The medallion incident had somewhat weakened Frost's ability to command her ice powers. Even so, she would seek out all the evil from the world and put an end to it in some hope that doing good would redeem herself. Her search for evil eventually lead her back to Outworld to do battle with new and more formidable enemies.

Ending:
When Frost had arrived in Outworld she wandered the lands aimlessly, snuffing out would be evil doers and thieves for the benefit of the inhabitants of the land. She would eventually come across a small village that was under siege by a dozen of undead soldiers from the Dragon King's undefeatable army. Frost instinctively aided the villagers and used her formidable fighting skills to protect them. She gave the fight of her life, defeating eleven of the undead soldiers. But by the time the last soldier began to fight her she was completely exhausted. The undead soldier began to mop the floor with the severly weakened Frost. Breaking her arm and shattering several of her ribs with precise attacks. She fell to the ground in a bloody heap and before the undead soldier was able to strike the final blow it suddenly became unshrouded with ice. Frost weakly looked towards the soldier just as it shattered, it's frozen pieces scattering about the ground. Her old master, Sub Zero, stood looking at her with a proud glimmer in his eyes. Her selfless act had saved the village and had completely redeemed her in the eyes of Sub Zero. She gave him a tired smile and closed her eyes, her goal finally accomplished.

Kano: After being defeated in honourable kombat by Red Dragon warrior Mavado, Kano somehow managed to escape Quan Chi's palace, narrowly evading death. He wondered aimlessly for days out into the depths of the Outworld Wastelands where he could see a dark castle and impaled bodies in the distance, before collapsing inside a cave. When he awoke, he was in the company of the nomad savage, Baraka. Surprised at the calmness of the warrior he knew only as a unpredictable killer, Kano explained how Quan Chi had turned his back on him by granting Mavado a battle. These two rogues now had something in common... a hatred for Quan Chi. They stayed and gathered their strengths, planning Quan Chi's final hour, and the dawn of their takeover of the Outworld. The rise of the wasteland mutants had began. A new Deadly Alliance had been born.
