Street Fighter doesn't change much at the core (well, it has changed pretty significantly if you actually play it competitively) because it works and there's no need to fix something that isn't broken. You're quite entitled to your opinion, but if you don't play the game for the sake of playing the game competitively (which you clearly don't if you just like change for the sake of change even if the change is for the worse to those who are playing at the highest level), then... who the hell are you? No offense, like I said, you're obviously entitled to your opinion, but if you just don't care about the gameplay or don't know much about it, why should any of us listen to your opinion on it any more than a toddler's? You're like "go play Street Fighter" as if it's a bad thing. That attitude is the reason why every MK game since UMK3 has been fucking horrible for those of us trying to play a competitive, fun fighting game rather than just do cool moves and watch blood splatter out.

So whatever. Thanks for pointing that out, but I doubt many people who "matter" in the MK community (ie; the people who are actually good at playing the game) give a shit to be honest, even if most of the people who'll be buying this game probably share your sentiment because they don't know any better. I'll go play Street Fighter because it's a good game, but I'll still come back and discuss the issues of Mortal Kombat because I want it to be a great game.
