Ashrah at one time was free of worries, living as a peaceful soul in Earthrealm. She hadbeen wanting to enter the ever famous Mortal Kombat tournament hosted by none other than Shang Tsung. She trained vigoursly under the supervision of Fujin. After years of all of thehard work and dedication,her training payed off. However, little did she know that Shang Tsung was defeated by the hands of The Dragon King.

The Dragon King had his loyal servants hide in the shadows as they watched over her as she grew faster, more powerful, and threatening to him. He sent his two loyalist warriors, Baraka and Millena, to capture her and bring her to him. She tried to her fullest extent with Fujin to defeat him, but they were caught off guard and thus their fate lied in their hands, and soon, The Dragon King.

The Dragon King was informed that Fujin was captured as well, and was immediatly sent to the Prison in this Tower with all of the other warriors who threatened him.

Fearing for her life, as well as her mentor Fujin she did not give out any information on her past as well as her abilities to the sinister duo. The Dragon King entered and Ashrah's fear grew immensly, but her will power overcame and continued to conceal all information. Through The Dragon King's mystical powers he used his abilities to put a spell over Ashrah to have her do his bidding.

Dressed in black with markings of The Dragon King on her back, she was sent on many missions to destroy realms, the last of the threatening warriors, and rid all hope of failure of The Dragon King's reign. That was until Raiden noticed her. He immediatly knew it was her when he saw her, because when he was in contact with Fuijin, he mentioned her on numerous times noting her abilities and peacefulness. As Raiden saw that she had been corrupted his put her into a state of shock through a minor shock of thunder, putting her into a state of temporary parlyization. He then consulted with the other Elder Gods about what to do, they instructed him to be shown the light of good that he possesed as well as his powers. After Ashrah slowly awoke from her state of deep sleep she noticed that a man caped in white attire with an electric pulse around him.. She was scared as well as to unsure as to what she was doing there. She sat calmly as he told her of all that she has lost from when The Dragon King put her under his control. Wanting to change she was now under Raiden's guidence and was to embark on a new advanture. Still knowing that The Dragon King's powers were still strongly looming over her. So now she finds herself on her adventure, not to win The annual tournament, but to fight her own demons, and to rectify all that went wrong and put all of the pieces back together.
