He encoutered a glitch in OrderRealm, he can not move anywhere. He is stuck!! I tried, but can't help him!
Anyway to get out of it?

Yeah, the game likes to do that. I got stuck directly in front of Nitara in the cave behind the Takartan camp in Outworld. I just quit without saving and re-did the Baraka training. I wasn't about to risk reloading Konquest stuck.
