After the supposed death of Shao Kahn Raiden travelled the Earthrealm searching for the Warrior known as Kabal but when he arrived he saw only his bloodied body what raiden didn't know was that Kabal was only beaten near death finding that his Hookswords were missing and knowing of another tournament was going to begin he tryed to get to the portal to Outworld but it was shut so he waited and when the Deadly alliance was broken the portal was reopened and he stepped through the portal knowing Mavado has entered the tournament he has a reason to live a reason to keep going...revenge

Sektor had followed the kombatants into outworld where Raiden has explained the situation Sektor went to Kahn's Castle and planted bombs inside to finish kahn off souls flew everywhere and a flash of light and Sektor has found his soul because of the disruption of souls a being has formed that had been named Eramc had helped him and a partnership formed Ermac unknowing soon there will be DECEPTION

After Kahn's Castle was distroyed the souls lost had a disruption and Ermac had returned.In the distance a red cyborg spotted him and they created a partnership this Cyborg was Sektor Sektor told him of the situation and they agreed in a partnership and know they need to stop these evils.
