I think a whip would fit sindel nicely.

Also, i think a mace, chained mace, volkoth, axepole, flail, gisarme, lochaber axe, and a war scythe would fit well into MKD as well. I'm thinking those are some of the weapons the cast characters will have. I'll post more later.

probably they'll just take some eapons of mk:Da and add some new ones example:

for like an mortal persone maybe a gun like jax but an AK-47 wouldnt hurt ot maybe an uzi umm tough choice

like pocket knives carry around them in youre pocket and when u take them out u can throw it to youre opponent and stsb them in the face.

Yeah I also think that a mace of some kind is a pretty safe bet.

I really like the electrified sword idea. For Ashrah maybe?

Yes some of those probably have a good chance. I like the claws myself.

I think a chain whip might make it. Maybe a segmented sword like Ivy's could make it in. An actual rope dart, not Scorpions move. The claws might make it. A giant, Materia Blade like sword and I'd love to see some wrist blades ala Blood Rayne.

OH yes Rayne's blades would kickass in this game. But I really never saw anything like them until Blood Rayne, So I doubt it, Well if you like those I think the closest we're gonna get is Baraka (and this aint a bad thing cause It's cool he's back.)

I know theres a hammer in there and Nightwolf has his Tomahawks. I guess we'll see a whip and hope a karasi-gama (chain with a kama on one end and a spear on the other.) I'd also like to see a scimitar and some other unique swords.

Hmmm. Nightwolf with is Tomahawks is awesome, but do you think they'll give him a completely new style of fighting with them or do you think they will "recycle" Kano and Hsu Hao's weapon fighting (I really hope not!)

I have no idea there are so many possibilities. Im not even gonna try to guess, but i think the Mk team will do fine with them.

As do I. I really hope there isn't too much fighting style recycling at all. Hopefully two new fighting style move sets and a new weapon move set. Hopefully his Tomahawk/s will glow green like in MK3 that was awesome

I hope they don't too! Being different weapons they should ave their own attacks and combos! The style needs to be unique and not copied.

sub zero should have a more realistic sword carved outta ice like razor thin that looks more like a kitanas blade........yep cuz he a ninja and all nijas hav kitanas

I'd like to see Scorpion or Noob Saibot with a chained mace. I can just see both bashing around with it.

I've recently pictured Ermac with two strange looking blades chained that can have some powerful close attacks, and some fast long range attacks. In my mind they're sort of like nunchaku, yet bigger and with blades.

I think Ashrah would be good with a many weapons. I picture dher with something, but I've forgotten what now. It might have been the chained Kama idea. I also think a fencing sword would fit her niceley. I've always developed an idea reading this thread that she could use a crossbow and a whip/Scythe type thing at once.

Sindel would be good with the whip, or a one handed Sun-Moon type thing. Something so small you can barely see it on her fist.

I think Skab would be a good with a classic Grim Reaper type scythe.

I think Li Mei would be good with double nunchaku or a type of weapon that resembles the Sun-Moon, yet it can dig into your body allowing for some attacks having the impaling affect temporarily.

I'd like Ashrah or some to have the spiked ball on a chain GoGo uses in Kill Bill volume 1. That would add long range weaponry and attacks to the game! What do you think TomTaz?

I'll only be happy if I see Kitana's fans returning; maybe Jade's hiladie, and of coarse Kung Lao's hat (with verticle slice Fatality)!!!

Totally agree. I think that weapon kicked some serious ass, also Mk needs more long range weapons.

Those are all cool ideas, but question: you don't think Bo should keep his current weapon? I think he was pretty decent with the Jo staff.
