Name: I would name him but... I'll leave that to you guys ;)

Status: rumored to be Top advisor of the Dragon King
Alignment: Evil
Origin: This mysterious warrior is believed to have once been a top advisor of the Dragon King and his Army. It is rumored that he has achieved "immortality" and his advanced fighting skills thru means similar to Shang Tsungs. His purpose in the tournament would be tied in with reuniting with the dragon king.

Special Moves:
"Dragon's Breath"-Taught to him by the Dragon King himself, this choking fog is a result of sorcery and dazes his opponent and allows him to move in for the kill
"Dragon's Fire"-Another skill he learned from the Dragon King. This advanced sorcery allows him to channel the Dragon King's fire through his body and use it as a projectile.

Weapon: Small Axe and Shield

Appearance: He would look somewhat like shang tsung but would have the apparel of one of the Dragon King's warriors.

Interesting I suppose. Though, he does seem a little bland. If he were my character, I'd give him a little more background story. Maybe a rivalry with someone else immortal, like Tsung, Kahn, or Raiden. And, I also think you should name him. The name of someone's character can sometimes make him better as well.

Someone help meh name him! Then i will come up with an elaborate story. A chinese sounding name would be appropriate.

Chinese huh? Well lets see, I always thought the name Hanzhi was interesting. I think thats a last name, I am not sure. First name, well I couldn't really come up with one that didn't sound like Shang, or Li, or Hsu. I wanted it original, so here's what I decided on, Haibei. So, the name I submit is Haibei Hanzhi. Hmm... just noticed those names look similar and both have 6 letters. Well, tell me what you think of that.

Shiao-Chang perhaps? I was browsing a chinese names list

Story: Thought to have been deceased, Shiao-Chang has emerged from his dormancy after hearing news of the Dragon King and his army. Shiao-Chang was at one time, the DK's top sorcerer and body guard. It is believed that he was banished by the Dragon King for failing to defeat the elder God known as Raiden. He know enters this tournament to prove his worth to the Dragon King and avenge his loss.
