new characters created for future mk tag?

hey perhaps we could be on to something here. perhaps the dev team are working towards a mk tag team game. think about it - so far we have:

raiden and ashrah
sub zero and frost
kenshi and ermac
shang and quan
ben and cage
sonya and jax
mileena and baraka
boraicho and kung lao
kano and kira
mavado and hsu hao
kitana and liu kang
sektor and cyrax (although they are on opposing sides)

potentials:
noob and shinnok
noob and skab
skab and drahmin
smoke and blaze
fujin and raiden
kano and jarek
kano and kabal
kabal and cyrax
scorpion and subzero
tanya and kitana
tanya and li mei
li me and kitana

what do you guys think?

I definitely think there is a possibility for tag-team play. I mean, we've already had the Endurance rounds which were pretty much a 1-sided tag team match. I hope the MK developers look into this in the future.

I like the idea of MK tag, but I don't think it will happen. It would be an interesting feature and I'd prefer it to be a mode of play rather than a full game on it.

Yeah, I agree. I'd much prefer the tag mode to be an option, rather than making a whole game out of it (like the Tekken series did). I see a lot of potential, combined Fatalities, combined special moves, etc. I think if it does appear, it'll be far off in the future though.

It'll be cool to see Scorpion and SubZero use their famous attacks(the Spear and the Freeze)and they combined to make a frozen spear that freezes while brings the opponent back to them,then both deilver a twin kick to break the opponent in ice cubes.
