I agree with you about the secret characters Kamionero (though blaze was really cool...just needed an actual name...and fatality)

But the Mortal Kombat guys usually do a great job with adding characters. Unlike other fighting games ::cough:: Tekken ::cough:: where they throw in two "new" characters and make it seem like a revolution. I'm still a Tekken fan so don't get me wrong. But there's always going to be the new characters you hate, And everybody hates different characters. Like from MK:DA. There was...

yeah i would like to have at least some challenge for effort in getting the new secret charaters, unlike MK;DA all you do is get money and buy them....... not much work, since you could go on the net and find which coffen they are in,

bring back human somke, at least as a unlockable character.

Or something they could do is have this AMAZING psychotic video opeing where we see all the old major mk characters (sonya, Jhonny, Sub, Kitana, scorpion, etc.) being killed in really cool action scenes and then is time for a new generetion of fighters to step in!!!
and even some of the dead characters could be playeable as specters like secret characters
