If there was a Wedgie Fatality that was a gruesome fatality, who would perform it?

Maybe if there was some kind of clown character. He could give them an atomic wedgie (underwear hiked up and over the head). Then he'd pull out a balloon and twist it into a poodle and hand it to them, and then the extreme elasticity of the underwear would pull their head back and rip it off! LMAO
